CANCELLATION POLICY
At Elz & Greco Hair Beauty Studio, all appointments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that last-minute changes impact our stylists' schedules and other clients waiting for appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
No-show or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
